1A1R Electroplated Diamond Cutting Blade adopts double-layer electroplating process to evenly consolidate high-strength diamond abrasive on the surface of steel substrate to form an ultra-thin, high-precision cutting tool. Designed for efficient cutting of hard and brittle non-metallic materials (such as ceramics, glass, quartz, semiconductors, stone) and super-hard alloys, it has the characteristics of narrow incision, low loss, and high surface finish. It is suitable for high-end fields such as precision electronic component processing, optical device separation, and gem cutting.

Ultra-thin high-precision design

Thickness range: 0.1mm-2.0mm, the incision width can be controlled within 0.2mm, and the material loss is extremely low.

The roughness of the cutting surface reaches Ra≤0.1μm, reducing the subsequent polishing process.

Ready to use, no trimming required

The electroplating process ensures that the diamond abrasive grains are evenly distributed and sharp, and high-speed cutting can be performed out of the box to improve efficiency.
