Precautions for use:
1. Grinding parameter optimization
Recommended grinding depth: 0.5-2μm/time, feed speed 0.1-1m/min (adjusted according to the material).
Use oil-based coolant or minimal lubrication (MQL) to avoid overheating and carbonization of resin.
2. Grinding wheel dressing
The dressing frequency is low (once every 50-100 hours), using diamond rollers or single-point dressers, and the dressing amount is ≤1μm.
3. Equipment requirements
The radial runout of the grinder spindle is ≤0.001mm to avoid vibration affecting the surface quality.
4. Storage conditions:
Avoid light and moisture, temperature 10-30°C to prevent resin aging.
